Fandoms

I mainly write Transformers. Within Transformers, I tend to focus on Beast Wars. I can write:

Flow

First, shoot me a message, let me know what you’re thinking! We’ll discuss and come up with an agreement. If I can’t start immediately, I’ll give you an estimate on when I can start.

I will let you know when I’m able to begin work. No payment is due until this point. Once I’m able to start:

  • 4.9K WORDS AND UNDER: Pay full amount via ko-fi. 
  • 5-7.9K WORDS: Pay $60, or 20 ko-fis. The rest will be due upon completion.
  • 8-10K WORDS: Pay $120, or 40 ko-fis. The rest will be due upon completion.

I’ll write the first draft. This will take a variable amount of time, depending on the length of the piece, how much research I have to do beforehand, and what my work schedule looks like. I will give you updates throughout the process. Once the first draft is finished, I’ll sit on it for a few days, then touch up or rework things as I see fit.

Then, I’ll send the piece to you. If you’re happy with it, great! If there are aspects you’d prefer be changed for whatever reason, whether that’s scenes that don’t jive with you, dialogue you don’t particularly care for, or if I just missed the point of what you were looking for, I’ll do another round of edits. 

Once we’re both happy with the piece, the commission is complete! If it’s a larger one, the rest of the payment will be due at this point. I can post it on AO3 immediately, or I can sit on it for up to 4 months if directed.

I work well under direction. Let me know what you’re looking for! Be as specific as you like! You can outline exactly what you want to happen, if you’d like.

Need some help?

  • What tropes do you like?
  • What’s your favorite aspect of a character or ship? Why do you like them?
  • What sort of feel are you looking for? Funny? Sad? A bit of both?
  • Do you have any particular lines of dialogue you want included?

Misc

  • I reserve the right to refuse if I don’t feel comfortable with the request or don’t feel capable of writing the characters or scenario adequately. This is not necessarily passing judgement on the request—I don’t want you to pay money for something I don’t think you’ll be satisfied with.
  • If I get wordy and go over the wordcount you specified, that’s on me! You won’t be charged for it.
